TRIUMPHS, TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS OF SINGLE MOTHERS

The plight of single mothers came to primary focus by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Harapan Selangor who recently launched their first baby; SINGLE MOTHERS : TRIUMPHS TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS.

Women are defined and recognised as supremos who do not only bring forth lives but  also nurture them to grand visions. HARAPAN SELANGOR aims to equalise those who had been abused and vindicated.

This book contains true stories as relayed by single mothers based on personal interviews with them. The range takes one from deep emotional conflict to high inspirational life changes factor. We realise that the ratio is still 10-1 as far as success stories of single mothers are reviewed. There are still thousands left in the lurch trying to gather their strength to face life.

The abusers of motherhood have no conscience and continue to indulge in this sin. This book also presents deep set feelings of single mothers and their determination to get back into pruposeful living and they just need the help they can get and deserve to fight back.

Although many single mothers came fighting back, some were unable to go forward allowing misery to take over. This is one of many quotes from them;

If God appears I would ask to be sent back in time so that
I would redesign my life to  stop my husband from leaving me

'Crime will pay' they say but my ex-husband
has become an exception

Those who read this book, may also be tickled by this humourous tone;
Before marriage -
SHE : OH MY DARLING
HE : YES, AT LAST! IT WAS SO HARD TO WAIT
SHE : DO YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE?
HE : NO! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
SHE : DO YOU LOVE ME?
HE : OF COURSE! OVER AND OVER
SHE : HAVE YOU EVER CHEATED ON ME?
HE : NO! WHY ARE YOU EVEN ASKING?
SHE : WILL YOU KISS ME?
HE : EVERY CHANCE I GET
SHE :WILL YOU HIT ME?
HE : ARE YOU CRAZY? IM NOT THAT KIND OF PERSON
SHE : CAN I TRUST YOU?
HE: YES
SHE : DARLING
After marriage simply read from bottom to top

Those who read said;

"I believe this book will awaken our conscience in reaching out to single mothers"

It is the research that has made this book a resourceful reference and it was written the way it was heard, saw and felt....
